Further we set up a containment area to protect the rest of your home during remediation and filter the air using HEPA 500 air scrubber. Using a non evasive moisture meter we can locate the moisture hidden inside the walls, open up the areas, remove and dispose of affected materials and set up state-of-the-art drying equipment. All through the remediation process, we are applying sporicidin which has a six month kill rate.

All areas are first rotary scrubbed with a tile cleaner and a tile brush four times to loosen deeply embedded soil within the tile and grout lines using truck mounted units running at 1200 PSI. We use gecko hand tools to clean all hard to reach edges, including around toilets, underneath cabinets and clean up to the base boards. Then using the SX12 tool, we do a high pressure rinse on all the tiles and grouts. Lastly, we use air movers to speed dry your floors. Sealing all the grout lines to make cleaning last longer, is also available.

For granite and marble floors, we do a high pressure cleaning first to remove all the soil, dirt and debris from the stone and grout lines, speed dry it and then use a stone polish four times to produce a high shine. For granite counter tops, we tape off the edges to protect the rest of the kitchen and clean the surface with neutral cleaner and wipe down. Then we use two step hand polishing with a high speed polisher, buff off by hand, apply impregnating sealers, and use a finishing product to make it a glass-like smooth finish.

All upholstery and area rugs are tested in inconspicuous area to make sure colors will not bleed or fade or migrate during the cleaning. Once confirmed, we apply mild cleaning surfactant with a horse hair brush, rinse and extract several times with a hydrokinetic tool (rinsed within the vacuum chamber to prevent overwetting) and we use air movers to speed dry it. Cushion cleaning is performed on a table and all cushion surfaces are cleaned (360 degrees) and then set up to dry.
